Gee I can play with time on blogs….::sneaky laugh::
June 8th(to come) and June 10th
I hope these blogs are interesting and holds your attention. Blogs are only good if they are read, but then again I grow from writing them because I am able to process the day. So if you are reading, it’s a win-win (win!).
June 10th
We cleaned. I cleaned 30 sinks. It was a grand accomplishment.
So story time:
After dinner, Sara wanted to bake some brownies, I jumped at the opportunity to help her (the combination of spending some one-on-one time with stackett and getting the chance to eat the left over brownie batter was a match made in heaven, ^_^) We had a great conversation, as the usual, then popped the brownies in the oven. I checked on the brownies a couple times because we used a different sized pan than instructed on the directions. Meanwhile Sam and Johnny were washing the dishes and listening to Hannah Montana (Sam’s favorite). Second time I checked the oven…my eyes pleasantly seeing the toothpick came out clean…my mind wishing I could somehow can the smell of fresh baked brownies and make it in to a perfume…my oven-mitted hands carefully taking the brownies out to cool on top of the stove. 5 minutes pass. I come back to the kitchen to find a pair of scissors. To my awe, shock and surprise, I find Johnny and Sam nervously giggling looking at me and then the pan of brownies, or what used to be!!! I walked slowly to the pan to see that they were only three pieces and some crumbs left!!! I was in shock, I couldn’t believe it! Johnny and Sam started to apologize profusely saying “we just kept on eating, we didn’t realize we had so much!” and “oh no, that was for Sara? How could we? Do you think we can make some more before she finds out, let’s do that, yeah!” Sam and Johnny then start to gather up ingredients to start making brownies. I was still in shock; I had a thought that this situation was just unbelievable.
Later I found out that the brownies were neatly cut and placed on a plate, HIDDEN IN THE MICROWAVE! Johnny and Sam, those tricksters!!

Hahahalolz, are you going to post blogs in the past to make it look like you had not in fact missed those days? =P

Also: brownie perfume == YES!
Dear Diana, you will have so many good stories on back order when this project is done! ^_^
ReplyDeleteAlso, the funny-lookin' letters that you have to type to prove you're a human (did you know they're called "captcha" letters?), this time they said:
ReplyDelete"bionchwa"
which I think is wonderful.
